"First of all, I just want to say I LOVE my agent, Sholeh. She has always been quick to communicate and get back to me and solved and explained numerous situations and scenarios as they arise. It gives me a lot of peace of mind to have an agent that is so responsive. Lately, I have been quite annoyed with what I think is State Farm corporate, they are slow and having issues with their system. They pulled from my account (when I do not do or allow auto-pay) and due to a "queue" still have a car on my bill that was canceled three bills ago. In both cases my agent was able to solve and explain. She's really the only reason I stay with them, or else I would look for other insurance especially after the automated charge."

"We have been with this agency for 6 years. The are really on the ball! Always there to answer any questions about our policies. We live on the coast and their help to guide us with coverage that we needed was excellent. All around excellent agency. Would highly recommend,"

"I was with State Farm for 21 years until this horrible experience the most unprofessional office staff. I had a wonderful agent that retired. Going to this one was a huge mistake. I've had to go in person over three times to face to face request that they fix my mailing address and phone number. After the third time they did get my phone number right, but not my mailing address. Face to face because they wouldn't return my phonecalls. I asked Jenifer in person each time to email me any correspondence in regard to my insurance instead of texting me (which I pointed out was unprofessional and unwelcome). She agreed to email me instead of texting me. However she never emailed me and when a payment issue arrose in the auto draft system when I changed credit cards, I received no notification at all from this office. My insurance lapsed with no warning at all that anything was wrong. Jenifer claims she "texted" me instead of upholding her agreement to email me. However, I have text messages from before and after the event yet nothing about any payment. I guess she sent it to another number as has been the case before with them magically getting my number swapped with someone else's. I had to learn of this by notification by the State of FL that my registrations were to be revoked as well as my license suspended. I'm stuck out of state unable to legally drive right now. When I brought this to her attention that I checked my emails and all messages, voicemail, ect and had no notice from her, she hung up on me. I had to go through the State Farm National line because she had refused to talk to me on the phone in the first place. Even with someone from the main help line having to request her to talk on the phone she still hung up like an angry child because I pointed out a fault that was her error. What kind of office refuses phonecalls from their clients? Not just a random call but refuses to set up a time for a phone conference or anything of the like? Refuses to email, refuses to talk on the phone when she deems "a text should be enough." Complete arrogant trash. I've never had any assistance out of this office for anything. Always having to go around then and work with the main helpline instead. However for some reason some issues cannot be resolved by the main helpline and have to be dealt with by your represenative... and although each time the help line reps have been helpful and apologetic about having to be involved, they would redirect me back to this office where nothing seems to get done right or on a professional level. So I am done with both. I am taking my three vehicles elsewhere."

"Dave is great...he explained the ins and outs of insurance in a very clear and frank way, with no pressure, when I went to ask him about taking a life insurance policy. and worked with him on a life insurance policy. And I can't say enough about Sholeh! When our homeowners insurance was suddenly cancelled she was WONDERFUL...professional, funny, thorough, effective, smart, and a great communicator. So pleased and grateful for her!"

"David Williams State Farm Agency has provided outstanding service to my family's insurance needs. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. David and his staff are always available to answer questions regarding your policies. Last year we needed to replace our roof due to hail damage. We were amazed at how simple and efficient the claims process was handled. I would highly recommend David Williams to anyone for their insurance needs (home, auto, life, etc.)."

"I have received OUTSTANDING personal service from Dave Williams and his team!! Dave has come to my home to drop off papers that I needed to sign! I don't know any other agent that would provide that level of service! They even checked on us after the last hurricane to ensure that we didn't have any damage. I was also impressed when this office called me when my son left his wallet in a gas station and the attendant found his State Farm card in the wallet. The office called me to let me know where my son's wallet was. They are the nicest people and always go out of their way to help!! I value the personal service that I receive from this office!!
